On My Mind







Over the last couple of weeks I have been thinking so much about wanting to post blog posts but haven't had the time to actually sit down and publish them. So I realised how behind I was and then it to me, its February and I haven't posted a thing apart from my Three year blog anniversary post which I can just say thank you to all of you that read it and enjoyed it! It definitely cheered me up and started to think I had my mojo back. It has been a weird feeling and something that I dislike is having lots of gaps in my posts. I always wanted to be a blogger who posts as much as I possibly can around work and at the moment work seems to be taking over. At the moment its all just a little bit stressful and it has made an massive impact on when I come home and all I have been wanting to do is watch Friends on Netflix. Don't get me wrong I love Friends but I always like to blog then have a break and watch something good before it's time to get ready for bed. I like my content to be regular and I have never really had a break from blogging. I have had the occassional week but nothing dramatic. 

Something else that has happened is that I joined the gym! If you have been following Lottie's Lott for a while now you would most likely know that joining the gym has been something I have wanted to do for a long time now but never really had the money to actually do it. I am now a member at David Lloyds gym and it is the best.. well apart from the fact I pay a lot of money to go and I got it a little cheaper as I work for the NHS. However it is still a lot but do you know what.. it is something I have wanted to do and I want to be fit and be toned. I don't want to loose weight but gettng toned and being fit is a massive yes. It also fits very well into work and its something fun to do after where I can just relax! I have started going twice during the week and then at the weekend, when you are paying a lot you might aswell go and many times as you can! It really is worth it and now I have my workout plan I know exactly what I want to achieve and it honestly feels great!
