A week today it was my 27th birthday and it was such a fabulous day. I had a pretty chilled day but then went to the gym and then went out for tea to Pizza Express. It was the best, those pizza's are amazing. I opened my presents when we got home and I must say I was very lucky indeed, my parents and the help of my uncle and auntie had created the most PERFECT picture I'd ever seen of The Beatles. Well thank you Uncle John for finding the best photo of them when they first started and my Auntie Gill for getting the perfect frame for it. At the moment it is not up in my bedroom but as soon as it is, lots and lots of photo's will be taken so I can show you all what it's like. Ever since I had my bedroom redone back in the summer of last year I had wanted a picture of The Beatles in my room but I couldn't find any places where I could them and I just didn't want any old thing. I wanted something that was special and now I do and it is the best feeling ever. I believe the idea all started off with my dad as he was asking my uncle on his birthday just before New Year's Eve about the best places where you get pictures of The Beatles from. My uncle has always been a fan of The Beatles since he was a child, infact the whole of my mum's side of the family are beatlemania.
Sticking with The Beatles, I opened another present which was actually from my auntie and uncle which included a Ben Sherman limited edition shirt that my cousin James used to wear with the Beatles on it. I mean you can imagine my face filled with happiness when I opened it. I literally could not believe it. I have been a fan of them since I was 7 years old and simply adore them. Let me tell you I'll be wearing the shirt when Spring/Summer arrives .. I've already got the outfit planned already.
My sister got me the warmest jumper I've ever worn. It is the Moving Zebra Print Jumper in monocrome. It is so soft and very oversized and Fiona got me a medium. I generally love it and perfect to wear with jeans or a skirt depending on how you want to style it with.
