Hello, hello, hello, you wonderful lot. I hope you all had a lovely week despite the fact the weather wasn't 100% but I guess you could say that's the British Summer. This week has been a long week and I always look forward to the weekends but they always go too fast especially when you are working non stop, my Grandma and Grandad are always said that weekends were precious and they truly are! Well something rather exciting happened on Saturday I finally said to goodbye to my lockdown hair, you know those split ends and roots that thankfully just blended in to my hair. It had no shape anymore and it was getting on my nerves so most weekends I just tied it up.
Here it is, shorter and blonder and I absolutely love it and loving the curls. I didn't want to go too blonde but this perfect and I know it won't too dry and brassy which is the worst nightmare about colouring your hair but thank you to Charlotte for making my hair look amazing. It was a miserable day on Saturday but I brightened up the day by wearing a new Saturday By Megan Ellaby top this one is called Margot and was released a week last Saturday with the cap a few other gorgeous pieces. I bought all four tops and the caps and are sharing them with my sister as we both loved them it made sense to get them all. So this gorgeous one which is a polo top with embroidered dagger collar and a zip fastening and I'm obsessed with it. Unfortunately it is sold however it has been announced they will be restocking and maybe bringing another out in a different colour and I love the Saturday cap, it is cute and it is the first accessory Megan has done. As you may know I'm a huge Megan Ellaby fan, she is such an icon! This blouse goes to well with the new hair and I'm not going to lie I kinda' felt like a model after I took these and then I realise my camera roll has too many photos but I like a mixture of different outfit photos.
I know quite a few people have gone back to work and I know some people who are still on furlough or perhaps have been working this whole time like myself. Well we are busier than ever, still working from home and lost two members of the reception team and have a new lady who joined us a couple of weeks ago but still recruiting. It is such a strange time and things aren't back to normal at all, although something that I absolutely loved doing was going out for tea on Wednesday with my sister at Marzano's restaurant which is Italian and we both loved it. We had some delicious pizza's and a meat platter to start and we were both so full. It was a busy evening and we were glad we booked at the restaurant and it was great to be able to go out of drinks and food despite everything that is going on. It was a mid week treat and it was truly fabulous.
I hope you have a good week and weekend!
