Outfits In Bloom

The restrictions have changed recently in the UK which means that we can eat and drink outdoors and the shops have opened which means outfit planning right? I have so many clothes I want to wear to a garden brunch, drinks outside and I wanted to put together a few outfits that I am absolutely loving wearing now that the weather is getting better. It feels impossible to plan for the months ahead and things will eventually get better but for now I'm taking every day as it comes and I am going to make the most of wearing my clothes out when I feel comfortable going out, it does make me feel anxious about going out and seeing lots of people in shops so that is something I won't be doing straight away but I absolutely love going into shops and trying clothes on. I have missed doing that especially as the changing rooms have been shut during the pandemic.

It feels impossible to plan anything for the Summer and travel isn't really an option. I know people are desperate for a holiday but I'm waiting for next year, hopefully things will be a lot better in the world. I'm hoping to go Scotland for a little break in August so that will be good. This means with everything going on at the moment the majority of my Spring/Summer wardrobe is pretty much from last year and 2019 as I was trying so hard to not buy a lot of clothes back in 2020. Of course you have to buy some pieces and I wanted to show some outfits that I am loving right now, some are new and others are old.

First up is this gorgeous Zara knit, such a pretty colour. I love the colour peach it works so well with my skin tone, I was after a knit vest so I could wear high neck tops and t-shirts when the weather gets warmer. It is not cropped which I love and super easy to tuck it to anything too and it is finished off with the most wonderful buttons ever. I'm wearing the Ziggy Star Print High Neck Top from Saturday by Megan Ellaby - she is an absolute favourite and she was restocked for the fourth time! An absolute sell out, if you fancy her grab whilst you can!

If you have been following me for some time you may know I absolute love old fashioned cars, they make me heart happy. I have an old soul and this blouse I love, it is from Topshop, an oldie but goldie piece I cannot get rid off. I think she has at least 4/5 years old, and still looks brand new. I paired her up with a retro inspired motif t-shirt, I love the pink and purple together. I think it is a very cool outfit.

This is a smart casual look and an outfit I wore on my first day of my new job 3 weeks ago, as I am writing this I'm currently on my third week which has flown by and finally having access to the majority of things I can actually do things rather than watching others. I am loving it, it's slowly coming together and overall so far so good. Because I'm in an office, I can wear whatever I want as long as its smart/casual and this is one of the outfits I have been wearing.. what do you all think? Both the Dress and the jumper are from Next. The jumper was in the sale a few weeks ago when I bought them but you will properly be able to get something similar in an different colour/design. I'm currently wearing the dress layered with the jumper and tights as it's far too cold yet to wear bare legs but this would look great with sandals!

The last outfit is all about the beautiful Anthropologie blue velvet jumpsuit, this was bought by my sister in the January sale for my birthday. This was a pricey but absolutely adore this and unfortunately it is not on the website but they are some gorgeous other ones. I paired the jumpsuit with a pretty floral high neck, another Saturday one and guys as I'm writing this she has been restocked for the first time so if you like her grab her whilst you can! You can wear her with anything, layer her up with your favourite t-shirts and jumpers. Her name is Flora and I adore her! She is perfect to wear in the Spring and Summer.

Big love to you all for reading and for following me for so long!
